| If you don't see any items in my shop this means all designs are currently sold out. Because everything Raptor Ranch is one of a kind and in high demand, usually items sell out very quickly. Check back often for new designs! Also be sure to check the Raptor Ranch facebook page for all sorts of sneak previews and extra info regarding new collections. |

| There is a design on your facebook and gallery, but I don't see it in your shop, can I still purchase it? |
| All designs are handcrafted, one of a kind - if the item is not in the shop, the item has already been sold and no longer available for purchase. |

| How can I track my order? |
| Items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once shipped. |

| When will my order be shipped? |
| Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days with receipt of payment. |
